About Rusted Star Ranch

Rusted Star Ranch (RSR) is a unique barn on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Licensed by the Maryland Horse Industry Board, RSR is a western focused barn, our riding instructors have a wide breathe of experience. Pleasure, equitation, speed events, mounted shooting, and trail.

All our instructors have proven themselves in the show ring. They tailor each riding experience to the rider - to broaden their knowledge and polish their skills to improve as a rider. RSR offers lessons, private coaching, training, and overnight boarding for those that travel. Reach out RSR to be part of this friendly ranch!

Beach Bound? Stay at RSR

Located 15 minutes from Assateague State
Park and National Seashore, we serve as a convenient overnight stay. Overnight boarding in our central barn that includes access with hot/cold wash stall, 120 x 190 arena, small indoor, and trails on the property.

RSR is fortunate to have an abundance of state public lands open to horseback riding. There are many locations within a quick drive from the barn to hit the trails with your horse.
